Small Group Training at Rogue Studio

Train with Coach Sydney at Rogue Studio [MAP]. This class takes you through a full-body workout using free weight, kettle bells, bands, rowers, airdyne bikes and more. Classes are 50-minutes and are limited to 4 people per class due to current physical distancing guidelines.
