Training at Rogue Studio

6 weeks of training with Coach Sydney Tuesday's at 7pm (Nov. 12th to Dec. 17th) at Rogue Studio [MAP]. This class uses rowers, airdyne bikes, a mix of free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, bands, battle ropes and bodyweight movements to take you through a full body workout every class. This class is all-levels and for women only.
