Once we have shaken out the noise and our heart rates have settled, I'll lead you through a few exercises to help you identify and define your own values for yourself. We will work through a process that will leave you feeling clear on what's most important to you and how it shows up in your life. You'll be solid in your foundation and confident to create goals based on your values.
